58 | SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | MAY 2018 | Executive Men's Golf Saturday Morning Golf This is a fun group of men, women, couples and singles, golfers of all levels and ages. We play every Saturday morning on the Executive Course. Players meet at the North Clubhouse at 8:30 am for a 9 am tee start. July 1 - Oct. 1, 8 am check-in 8:30 am tee off. We have tournaments for everyone, plus closest to the pin for men and women. Our tournaments are held every second Saturday with a variety of formats. Trophies at year-end to Club Champions with the best gross and net score. Quarterly luncheons/dinners and our annual meeting in November. New member forms are in the North Pro Shop. Annual membership is $15. The emphasis of this club is golf, and having fun playing it! Come join us. Info., Mary Backer, 845-5131. Join us for a good time of golfing and friendship. Couples Golf Friday morning golf with the Executive Men's Golf Club is challenging and fun. The 3,000 yard Executive Course consists of 18 challenging holes requiring shots over ravines and water. The course has six par 3s and three par 4s on each nine playing to a par 60 total. With twelve par 3s there are lots of opportunities for a hole in one. The EMGC meets every Friday morning at the North Clubhouse for a 9 am shotgun start. Every week you can enter for money for closest to the pin. Throughout the year we have monthly tournaments on the third Friday of the month followed by lunch at the South Clubhouse. Winners of the tournament will have $ credited to their accounts that can be used in the restaurant/lounge or pro-shop. The month of May we have an away tournament at the Highland Springs Village Mon., May 14 and an individual stroke tournament at home on Fri., May 18.
