TOPS is, in fact, different from all of them. We rely on our personal physicians for their expert advice, we stress sensibleness, we offer freedom of choice, we stress moderation in all things, we offer rewards, we honor maintenance, and we are affordable. TOPS is not a company, it is not a business or a brand. TOPS is real people… caring, giving people, who band together to help and support each other to lead healthier lives. We accept each other as we are and encourage each other to succeed. TOPS is a life saver! We invite you to visit our TOPS chapter. We meet at the South Clubhouse on Thursday with weigh-ins from 9 - 9:50 am, meeting from 10 - 11 am. You may visit once free of charge. Membership is $32 a year with $3 monthly chapter dues which includes six TOPS magazines a year and access to our TOPS Website. Our TOPS chapter recently crowned our 2017 Royalty and they are: Queen, Terry Foster and Queen Runner-Up, Brenda Day. Chapter Weight Division Winners were: Div.3, 1st Place, Suzanne Strauss, and Div. 4, 1st Place was Brenda Day. Congratulations on your success! Best Losers for the month are: Lillie Brown, Linda Callahan, Renie Harrison, Carolee Matthews, Ann Oliver, Leonard Peck, Ruth Schoonover, Bernie Smith, Suzanne Strauss, and Carol White. Congratulations to all TOPS losers and our KOPS! Thanks to everyone that visited our TOPS table at the Senior Health Fair on May 10. Our goal is to help Sun Lakers become healthier and more active by losing weight and keeping it off. TOPS is here for you! TOPS State Recognition Days will be held in Visalia on June 8 - 10. Thanks to all members for making TOPS Closet a big success. All items were sold for $1 each. The money earned helps defray the cost for members attending our State Convention and Fall Rally.
