6 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JULY 2018 By Sandra Butler-Roberts I hope our readers followed the website navigation article (part 2) on page 10 of the June Breeze and were able to follow it to explore our redesigned website. We went step by step through the General menu. This month we will explore the next drop-down menu: Contacts. How do I send an email to someone on our management staff or an attendant at one of our facilities? How do I contact the Main Gate or create a guest list? How do I find the address or phone number of another resident? What if I just have a question or a suggestion and want to send it online? You can find all of this information under the Contacts menu. Once you've opened the FourSeasonsBeaumont.org website and logged on, find the word Contacts with the little arrow after it in the blue menu bar along the top of the picture. When you click on Contacts, you will see six links drop down: New Homeowner, FirstService Residential, Visitor Gate Access, Resident Directory, and Contact Us. Many of these links lead to information items that you can also find under other links, so if you forget where to find something, you might find it in another place. New Home Owner Under this link you will find District Listing by street name and another link for a District Map. There is also an explanation of builder phases, HOA districts and District Delegates. And, if you just want to go directly to the District Map, you can find that link listed. You will also find links that you also found under the General drop down repeated here: Additional Community Maps, Community and Area Contact Information-Important Phone Numbers, Architectural Submittal and Detailed Information, and the three swimming pool schedules. FirstService Residential (no, this is not a typo, FirstService is written as one word) Here you will find information about our management company and a link to their website. You can use that link to access your account or to set up ACH. The Onsite Staff is listed with each job title. You will notice the names are in blue font, so you can click on them and instantly see an email form pop up. If you try it out and click on a name, but really don't want to send an email, just click Cancel at the top and Delete Draft on the pop up box. Visitor Gate Access and DwellingLIVE The next two links take you to the same thing. In case you didn't know that the visitor gate online page is called DwellingLIVE, you can find it through either link. This is where you can log in using your email and password and enter information for the Main Gate. You will first get a pop up asking you if you want to download the mobile app. If you want to get the app, click on Download the app; or click on "No Thanks;" and you have the option to click on "Don't show this again." Now you can enter your "call priority" phone numbers for up to four contacts. The blue words at the top line after Guest List let you: Add Guest, Add Party, Restrict Guest, view Guest History. You are able to add guests as Temporary, Permanent, Party or Restricted. The phone number to the Main Gate is also on this page as well as a link for you to write the directions to your house. Contact Us This is a new page that will offer you a link back to the phone numbers listing page or provide a box for you to write your questions or suggestions which you can submit directly to Management through the website. You might have noticed a blue bar on the bottom of certain web pages that say Contact Us. That is also a link to this page. Keep those website questions coming in! I will either get back to you through email or answer your questions in the next article. Email to FSBeditorialboard@gmail.com. Welcome to FourSeasonsBeaumont.org (part 3)
