42 | SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | JULY 2018 | Ticket sales for the Stardust "Dancing in the USA" will be in the lobby from July 3 through the 9th from 9 am to 2:30 pm. Price is $20 which includes dinner. The July 13 and 14 shows starts at 7 pm. This the last large show this group will produce. You will not want to miss special guests, "San Gorgonio Ballet company" and Rene and Yun competitive ballroom dancers. In addition, many very talented Sun Lakes Entertainers will be on the program, including The Notables, IDS Dancers, Classy Tappers, and the Stardust Dancers and Men of Style. Definitely a go-to event. We have been invited again to participate in Evelyn Hawkins' annual show coming July 13 and 14, thank you Evelyn. We will perform Asian dances for the Follies this year, Sept. 28, 29 and 30. Added to the above, we will also perform Asian dances for the Young At Heart Club in September. Our "Magic of Dance and National Costume Parade" luncheon on May 31, included 12 International dances and 19 costumes from around the world, including the USA. The silent auction contained many beautiful and valuable gifts. The complete program was enjoyed by all. We will be attending our own, private, IDS Fourth of July celebration; a Luau for the ladies in mid-August, and an "International Food Fair" in September. Having our own private parties with fellowship provides a good balance to performance throughout the year. We look forward to an exciting year in 2019.
