alzheimers & dementia helpers Wishing all our Sun Lakes neighbors a happy and healthy 2013! Our next meeting will be Thurs., Jan. 17, at 10 am in the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room; lunch following in our Sun Lakes Restaurant. Patients are welcome at this meeting. Drop them off at the Arts & Crafts Room for games and entertainment with our very capable volunteers. Caregivers attending the meeting will enjoy learning and sharing. This meeting is our third attempt to hear Jane Farmer from Desert Hills Memory Care Center speak. Jane was scheduled for September and November but had to cancel. We are really looking forward to hearing her speak on Family Dynamics. Jane is well worth the wait. Our care giver support group with Kay Perryman will be Tues., Jan. 8, at 1 pm, in the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room.
