Many of the Stardust Dancers Shows generate a profit,
which is used to provide partial expenses for costuming
the group for various performances. This year, a $500
donation was made to the scholarship fund of the San
Gorgonio Ballet Co. Dancing can change a youngsters
life with the self confidence and self esteem generated
thru dance.
It works for the Senior Ladies and Gentlemen as well.
Aug. 1 is the time to get in a Stardust Class for future
shows. Everyone is welcome. The only requirement
being, that you are able to walk, and maintain your
balance. Men will learn a few routines in the modeling
area, and perform at Fashion Shows as the "Men of Style".
Classes offered for women include: line dance, basic
jazz, precision, and novelty dance. Routines will be
taught to show at Recreation Functions, Fashion Shows,
and small Dinner Shows in Sun Lakes. Call Evelyn at

The July show of "Dancing In The USA" was a big success. Many
of our International Dancers were honored to perform with the
Stardust Dancers. There were sixteen different acts, and it was
enjoyed immensely by the audience. The comradeship among the
many dance groups is inspiring.
We are beginning our practices in all facets of IDS for our big
dance show in 2019. After some R&R and vacation time our ladies
are experiencing renewed energy for dance training in the coming
months. We will continue with Asian dance in the Follies, Sept. 28,
29 and 30, as well as a September Asian performance for Young At
Heart.
