6 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | AUGUST 2018 By Sandra Butler-Roberts Use of our website is increasing as we can see in the monthly analytics data. The number of unique visitors from January 2018 through June 2018 was 2843, with the total number of visits 4374. Our website has a great deal of useful information at the tip of your fingers, so if you're not sure where to find what you're looking for, take the tour through this series of articles. In Part 1 we examined the Welcome drop-down menu . In Part 2 we went step by step through the General menu, and in Part 3, we explored the Contacts menu. This month we will take you through three menus: Businesses, FAQs and Calendars. Under the Businesses menu you will find Smitty's Bistro, Salon, and Homeowner Businesses. A quick link to Smitty's Bistro can also be found on the Welcome page. When you click on Smitty's Bistro you can find the phone number, hours of operation, and their complete menu. When you click on Salon you will find their hours of operation, phone numbers for the Hair Stylists, Manicure/Pedicure, Facials and Therapeutic Massage. You can also find their menu of services and the list of prices. If you are a Four Seasons Beaumont homeowner with a business, you can place your business card or ad on our website. When you click on Homeowner Businesses you can scroll through the current ads. If you wish to send an inquiry or to update an advertisement, there is a "Click here" link at the top of the page. When you click on it, you can send an email to Cindy. The next menu at the top of the page in the menu bar is FAQs . This page is the place where Management Staff and Committees can place the responses to questions they get over and over. So, before asking your question, you might want to check out this page. Currently there are responses to questions placed by the Architectural Committee (you know they get a lot of questions!) as well as responses to frequently asked questions from the Landscape Committee and the Facilities Committee. The Calendars menu has undergone some useful changes. If you haven't looked at it recently, check it out. Here is another place to find the Movie Schedule. You can also now find the Monthly Calendar and the Games, Classes, and Meetings Schedules and the Physical Exercise Schedule direct from the Breeze! This is a brand new addition. Thank you Larry Workman for this new feature! The Holiday Schedule lists all of the facility hours including Regular Hours, and our Holiday Hours, 2018. You can also find a link under our Calendars menu to Upcoming Events. Here you can find just about anything that's coming up listed with dates, times, location, and description.
