We have been working with the architectural firm Williams & Sons out of Palm Springs to design an efficient and safe system. The main station will be located at The Lodge. From there, riders can go to The Summit, Main Gate, or the Windmill Bridge. From the Summit station, they can travel to The Courts and then to the Windmill Bridge. Construction will begin immediately and the system is slated to be complete by February, 2020. We are also reviewing plans for stage two of construction that will connect each street, and eventually, each home. The cost will be approximately $38M and HOA dues will rise to $5,000 a day. ~ Barry Goldwater Finance Committee Aerial Tram Committee Landscape Committee A powerful summer sun has inspired many of us living in the Four Seasons to spend many, many hours inside our homes. Don't forget that, just like you, your thirsty plants and lawns need water and nutrients. Don't neglect them! The Landscape Committee is walking, surveying, and evaluating replacement needs. Help us help you! We focus on keeping our community beautiful so if you need assistance, please visit The Lodge, and ask for request forms. The Landscape Request Form is also available on the website: fourseasonsbeaumont.org under "Forms." We get to completed forms as quickly as we can. May we share a sigh of relief with you that our hot, hot summer will soon end? We are all ready for the cool breeze to arrive, letting us know that autumn has begun. ~ Lynette Simonson
