This group is designed to provide emotional support to any resident mourning the death
of a spouse, relationship, child, parent, or beloved pet.
We gather together as "hearts with ears" in absolute confidentiality in a safe shared place
where strangers may become friends. Each of us is unique; our grief cannot be identical
to any other, and the way to get to the other side of your grief is to "go through." We cannot
criticize or judge.
We meet every Saturday morning in the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room from 9:30

Calling all men! Does the "Heart of your Heart"
inspire you to sing? Do you long to call your sweetheart
in song? If so, then you should check out the Sun Lakes
Men's Barbershop Chorus. No prior singing experience
necessary, just a willingness to listen,
learn, and join in. We are a group
of amateurs like yourself who
enjoy singing and having fun. We
meet every Wednesday morning

Barbershop Chorus
A guest panel from the
Association of Professional
Genealogists, Southern
California Chapter, will be
presenting at our Oct. 24
meeting. Members and persons
interested in becoming members, are all welcome.
The panel will be discussing various topics including: sharpening your
research skills; how to keep motivated in your family research; what to do if
you hit a brick wall and do not know how to move ahead; how to share your
family tree with others; when should you consider hiring a professional
genealogist; what it takes to become a professional genealogist, and other
topics as addressed by our members.
We meet in the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room at 1 pm. We hope you
will attend this exciting meeting to hear from the experts.
