GENERAL MANAGER MESSAGE

November is a month when we all look to give
thanks for the blessings in our lives and the people
who impact us in positive ways. I want to thank
all of the residents of this association who devote
their time into participating or volunteering to
be a part of a club, group, committee or Board which add to the value of this
community. I would also like to thank all of the residents who take part in the
association events and visit the Lodge that make our jobs a pleasure each and
every day.
Additionally, I would like to share some information regarding the management
team. Recently the management company held a contest to recognize excellence
in customer service. Each time a positive review for an employee was received an
entry was placed in the contest. I am happy to announce that out of all employees
in Associa in the U.S. and Mexico, our Administrative Assistant, Melissa Valona
was the winner! This award is well deserved and we are very proud of Melissa as
she represents Associa PCM and the company values well.
On behalf of the management team at Solera Diamond Valley I would like to
wish you and your families a very Happy Thanksgiving!
