Cell Lines Established In Case Of Power Outage Each vehicle kept within the Association must be registered with the Administration Office as required by Article III, Section 3.03 of the General Statement of Rules and Regulations. When you first filled out your Resident Information Form as you moved into Sun Lakes Country Club HOA, you completed the requirement at that time. Whenever you sell, buy, or trade vehicles, you will need to come back to the Administration Office to update your Resident Information Form and have us place a new resident decal if needed. Because the decal is part of your registration requirement, we will also need to place a new resident decal if you have replaced the windshield of an already registered vehicle. Golf carts, regardless if they are licensed, also require registration with the Administration Office as required by Article IV, Section 4.02 of the General Statement of Rules and Regulations. There is no fee to register a vehicle or to update any information on your Resident Information Form. There is a $25 fee for the purchase and application of a vehicle access control device "transponder" attached to your registered vehicle. Please see the Administration Office Front Desk for more information. ~ Planning and Compliance Department Resident Vehicles, Decals, & Transponders Reliable Service • Reasonable Prices Free Estimates Senior Discounts 760-250-9919 Contractor's License #529601 formerly PASS AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING IMPORTANT NOTICE There will be no open session board meeting in December due to the holidays. Due to the cable and power outages that we've experienced here at Sun Lakes Country Club and throughout the city of Banning in the past, the Operations Department purchased two cell phones for our patrol gates. These phones will be used only for our Sun Lakes residents in the case of an emergency during power or cable outages while landline phone access is not available. Our residents' safety and well being is very important to us and we hope this will give residents of Sun Lakes peace of mind while our utilities and cable companies are under repairs. Please note that in the case of an emergency your first call should always be 911. Our patrol officers are not trained or equipped to assist medical or police related emergencies.
