| OHCC LIVING | DECEMBER 2018 | 7
The holiday season is upon us, and it's filled with loved ones'
visits and gift deliveries. As we enter this festive time, I would
like to offer some reminders to help ensure delivery of packages
and ease of visitor access. When placing orders for delivery, select
a spot out of view from the street and specify to the delivery
company this is where you would like the package to be placed.
When anticipating guests please call the front gate to have them
placed on the guests list or add them on DwellingLive. You will
need to provide the guest(s) name and date of arrival. Should any
guest stay overnight, you will also need to inform the front gate
so an overnight parking pass may be issued to them upon arrival.
This pass will need to be placed on the dash and visible.
I would also ask for patience during this busy season and allow
time for us to process the guests entering our community. Any
guest, vendor or healthcare professional not called in by residents
will greatly increase front gate wait times. As a reminder to guests
please advise them to observe the posted speed limit, stop signs
and to park in the overflow parking lot when attending clubhouse
activities.
RVs are allowed 48-hour street parking and should not block
driveways, mailboxes or fire hydrants. EMS alarm testing is
available by appointment and I encourage you to do so if you have
not already. The Community Patrol office may be reached for any
issues or concerns and I look forward to speaking with you.
