Three things to do once a month in your second bathroom if you don't use it often:
• Turn both the hot and cold water on in the sink, run for one minute.
• Turn on the faucet (most have one handle) in bath/shower all the way to hot. If you have two handles turn
on both – run for one minute.
• Flush toilet.
This will keep them from becoming clogged with calcium build-up and prevent sewer gas from backing up
through the drain.
NOTE: Also turn on the fan for a minute to keep it from sticking with dirt build-up.
