TAG members offer computer,
tablet, and smartphone assistance to
all OHCC residents. The volunteers
throughout the month schedule
General Help Sessions, Topic-Specific
Help Sessions, How-To Workshops,
and Classes. We have enthusiasts in
Genealogy, 3D design, and printing, Windows, Apple, Android and
more who put their availability on the calendar on our website.
You may view the most current calendar on the OHCC website
under Clubs at TAG and click on the Calendar tab. Alternatively, log
into www.ohcctag.wixsite.com/ohcctag/calendar. You can also see
the latest calendar on display in the window of the Computer Room.
The TAG Calendar is available at the beginning of each month but
since the calendar is subject to change throughout the month be sure
to check it regularly.

Silversmiths
We will begin to work with wax at the first meeting in February.
Whether you are working with a commercial wax, some of which
were on display Do Dues Day or creating your own designs, you
need to be able to control the flow of different waxes.
The lost wax process allows you a lot of leeway in design.
There are different thickness, different sizes of wax wire and
styles of wax that are very useful. You can actually draw using
wax. It is possible to be creative with odd shaped stones or other
items when creating with wax. There are also carving waxes that
are made of a harder, sturdier, and more plastic like wax.
Silversmiths actually meet every Wednesday with all but the
last Wednesday, which is scheduled for Polymer Clay. See you
