Then this is one event you do not want to miss! On Tuesday, May 7 in the Lodge Ballroom, Sabrina Chapman (certified appraiser) will be joining us and will appraise items residents bring to her on the spot! This event is open to all residents. Saturday, May 5, 5 - 8:30 PM • Lodge Ballroom No Charge • Fiesta de Solera Pot Luck Join us in the Ballroom for an evening of music, margaritas, and authentic Mexican dishes prepared by our SDV residents as we celebrate Cinco de Mayo! We are mixing things up to take advantage of our fabulous SDV cooks and have them prepare our favorite Mexican dishes. As always Lifestyles will provide the Mmargaritas. Tuesday, May 14 •9 AM - 12 pm Shred Day •$4 per standard banker box Do you have boxes of paper just lying around taking up space? If so, we have a solution for you! On May 8 there will be a truck shredding papers at the Lodge. This is a great way to get rid of those confidential papers that you no longer need. Shredding will take place from 9 am to 12 pm. No sign ups are required, just show up with your boxes. For more information contact the Lifestyle Department at (951) 652-5766. Friday, May 24, 6 PM, $20 Lodge Back Patio Pop Gun ReRun Live at the patio Be prepared to be blown away! On Friday, May 24, we proudly presents Pop Gun Rerun, the Premier '80s live music experience! They play your favorite hits from the 80's by artists such as Bon Jovi, Prince, Journey, Missing Persons, Depeche Mode, The Cure, INXS, Pat Benetar, Madonna, Rick Springfield… and many more. Pop Gun Rerun has male and female lead vocalists – both of whom were top 50 finalists on American Idol and X-Factor, respectively – so the songs will sound like the original artist… just the way you remember. Grab your dancing shoes and take a trip down '80s memory lane. SAturday, May 18, 4 - 8:30 PM Lodge Ballroom Start spreading the News Ladies New York Evening Gala $25 Dinner • $25 Paint & Sip $50 Paint & Sip & Dinner Join us in the Arts and Crafts Room/Ballroom for an evening of painting, sipping and fine dining as we celebrate those who make everything possible — women! We have broken this event into two parts. The Paint & Sip portion includes instructional painting, socializing, and sipping delicious wines. Following Paint & Sip, our women will be treated to their very own New York themed Evening Gala with three course fine dining, selection of entrée, and live entertainment. This event is exclusive to our women of SDV. Seating is limited and registration must be made at the front desk, checks only. We are excited to pamper you and plan to make this event one you won't forget.
