40 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | MAY 2019
In March we held the first meeting of the newly revised
Photography Club. There was a large turnout and it is obvious the
interest in our club has grown. Members had the opportunity to
introduce themselves to each other. We have a diverse group ranging
from beginners to professionals. We discussed what members would
like to see in the new club format.
Several volunteers have stepped forward. Suggestions for new
topics were discussed as well as potential group field trips.
For the meetings, members are sending in photos via a new email
location set up by Peter Shuttleworth for the photos they wish to
share with the group: fsphoto@shuttleworthvideo.com.
Our thanks to ReNae Stueve for her proposal to set up a simple
meet-up site for our group and make it private for only our club
members. Also, our thanks to Larry Colby, Peter Shuttleworth, John
Hansen, and Lyle Cameron for your support of the club.
Members will then use skills from a photo challenge for the May
meeting. Photos will be enjoyed and critiqued by members for
suggested improvements.
New members are always welcome to sit in or join our club. Our
goal is to learn, share and have fun with photography. The meeting
is in the RCN on May 21 at 6:30 pm. Contact John Baeyertz –
