Maintaining a healthy brain Fri., March 8, 10 - 11:30 am, Main Clubhouse Ballroom. The Visiting Nurses Association of California March seminar is presented by Monica Crow of IVHP. The seminar is: ���Maintaining A Healthy Brain.��� It has been proven that there are easy ways to maintain a healthy brain. Robin Sick, our Sun Lakes Fitness Trainer, is interested in getting men and women out on the streets of Sun Lakes to get fit! There will be an orientation on Wed., March 27, in the Main Clubhouse Bus Room at 12 pm to go over questions and sign a liability form. If you are interested, the group will regularly meet in the Main Clubhouse Parking lot on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:45 - 8:30 am starting April 9 ��� May 30. This is FREE. If there are not enough people enrolled, a class will have to be canceled. If you register at least a week early, we���ll be able to save classes that appear to have not met the minimum enrollment. In most cases, we���ll also be able to add classes if we exceed the maximum enrollment provided a wait list has been established prior to the first class meeting. Class fees are determined by the number of participants enrolled in each class. For current fees, please contact the class instructor. Get your team of four together and join us! This fun event will begin in the Main Clubhouse Ballroom at 9:30 am, where we will go over the rules. Once we hand your team leaders the scavenger hunt slip, you are off! The actual scavenger hunt will run from 10 to 11:15 am, and then we will reconvene in the Ballroom at 11:15 am to determine our first, second, and third place winners. After the awards are given out, a lunch will follow of sandwiches, chips, drinks, and a dessert. The cost for this event is $ 12 pp. However, we would like each team to register together as a group of four. We are limiting this event to 20 teams. You can find a registration form at the reception desk in the Main Clubhouse attached to the event rules and regulations. Registration for this event will begin on March 4. The band consists of five lead vocalists and instrumentalists, and includes members who have actually played with the Eagles. They will be performing the Eagles soaring harmonies while executing the guitar parts and rhythm track to perfection. Desperado challenges the listener to tell the difference between what is being played live and the original versions of the songs. The show will be theater seating, first come first serve.
