COMMUNICATION I hope everyone is enjoying the treasure hunt on our website, www.
fourseasonsbeaumont.org. I wanted to touch on a website called NextDoor.com which has caused some issues
recently. The Association has several channels with which to communicate with owners and residents: flyers and
posters in the facilities, The Breeze, The Daily Report, our website www.fourseasonsbeaumont.org, our Facebook
page, and the bulletin board in The Lodge, to name a few. However, we do not communicate or monitor what is
posted on NextDoor. I understand the confusion in knowing whom to contact in the office for different issues.
Therefore, we have created a centralized email address: issues@fourseasonsbeaumont.org. This email
will help facilitate concerns so they may be addressed appropriately. This email has been posted on the website
and Daily Report for quick access as well.
GUEST POLICY The Rules & Regulations Committee, Board, and Management are working together
regarding guest policy rules that are appropriate for what the community wants now that we are close to build
out. At the Board meeting on May 9, it was determined to hold a Town Hall regarding guests. The Town Hall is
scheduled for June 4 in the Ballroom at 6 pm.
