We understand transition is difficult and would like to provide information in advance regarding assessment payment options. Thank you! ~ Seabreeze Management Company FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT PAYING ASSESSMENTS: How do I pay my monthly assessment? 1. If your preference is to mail a check, you can continue to do so as you will receive monthly billing statements beginning in June for the July 2019 assessment. The payee and mailing address for assessments will be included on a return stub on your billing statement. Your new account number will also be included on your statement. 2. If you use a bill payment service provided by your bank or an app such as Quicken or Quickbooks, then you will need to amend the payment instructions so that the payment address is changed to the following: Solera Diamond Valley c/o Union Bank P.O. Box 513880 • Los Angeles, CA 90051-3880 You will also need to change your account number reference to your new Seabreeze account number. 3. Seabreeze also offers a free service to pay your assessment by automatic direct debit every month. The form to sign-up for this service is attached. This is a great option to make sure your assessment account is always paid in full every month. Please note that you will be sent an approval letter once auto debit has been set up. Until you receive that letter, you will need to pay your assessments by mail with your billing statement. 4. Seabreeze also offers the ability to pay your assessment by automatic e-check or credit card. These options have a small fee associated with them. To access these electronic payment options, you must setup the payment by going online to www. seabreeze.com and clicking the MySeabreeze link. Please note this option will be available beginning July 1, 2019. As mentioned above, you will be assigned a new account number with Seabreeze. Your account number will not be assigned until mid- June. If you will be dropping off your automatic debit form to the Lodge before then, we can fill the account number in for you as long as your address listed on the form is clear and correct. What about payments I send to Associa before July 1, 2019? Associa will accept and process your payments through July 1, 2019. If you make a payment after July 1, 2019, please use one of the options provided on the previous page. What about past due amounts that I owe the Association? Once Associa provides us with balance forward information (estimated to be mid-July), all past due balances will be posted onto your account. What about the prepaid/credit balance I had on my account? Once Associa provides us with balance forward information, all prepaid/credit balances will be posted onto your account. What if my payment is late in July or August due to the transition? No late fees will be charged in July or August. A letter to homeowners from Seabreeze Management Company
