Way back in 2016 there was a beautiful fountain
in front of our RCN building, the original sales
office, now repurposed as the HOA Management
office. The fountain needed costly repairs. The
decision was made to replace the fountain with
plants. The Landscape Committee, after much
thought and discussion, chose to make this small,
but very visible area, a test garden. This year,
beginning in February, the magnolia was in full
color. The May color from the azaleas, roses, and
white popcorn balls-type flowers is real eye candy
for HOA visitors. ~ Linda Ruoff
