FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | AUGUST 2019 19
All applications to the Architectural Review Committee consist
of three parts. These are:
• Exhibit A – the application,
• Approval - evidenced by a letter from management, and
• Exhibit C – the notice that your work is complete.
Once the project is approved a letter is sent from the
management office. You have four months to complete the project
and submit an Exhibit C – Notice of Completion. Architectural
Guidelines and Standards (Guidelines) 2.F states, "Upon completion
of any work which has been approved by the ARC, the owner shall
forward a written Notice of Completion, Exhibit C, to the ARC with
photographs of the work."
Please note that the owner is responsible to forward the notice.
While you may expect or even arrange for the contractor to
complete this step, the owner remains responsible to ensure that
it is completed. Failure to complete this stem may result in fines,
penalties, and legal action.
This is a simple process; the form can be completed in less than
five minutes and the photos can be taken and sent on your phone.
We currently have a large number of open projects for which no
Exhibit C has been filed. If you have not filed yours, please do so as
soon as possible.
If you need help, please contact the Management Office, myself,
or any committee member.
The Architectural Review Committee meets the first and third
Wednesday of each month at 8:30 am in the RNC Conference
Room. All homeowners are invited to join us. ~ Steve Cooley,
