desk. Each class attended is only $5. Ocean Hills Senior Fitness Club
offers three exercise classes in the Clubhouse each week!
Mondays at 11:15 am, Instructor Cheryl Todd teaches Chair Yoga
(usually) in the Abravanel Hall. Tuesdays at 8 am, Instructor Tatis
Cervantes-Aiken Chair-to-Mat Yoga in Men's Club Room (free).
Wednesdays at 11:15 am, Instructor Cheryl Todd teaches Chair Yoga

Instructor Christine Alisiani leads us Mondays, Wednesdays and
Fridays from 10 to 11 am (weights from 10:50 to 11 am).
Cost is $5 per class attended (You can pay for and try out two
classes without joining the Club). Annual dues are $6 (Please make
check payable to OH Aerobics).
Aerobics
Ladies and gents, come join this FREE exercise class.
We follow along DVD presentations by certified instructor Anne
Burnell. This workout program is designed to help us seniors
develop strength, stability and balance while seated in chairs.
We meet twice a week at 9 am, Wednesdays in the Hall or
Mykonos Room and on Fridays at 9 am in the Mykonos Room.
Please check the weekly schedule to see which room it is in.
Please bring one weight.
Stretch & Balance
Morning exercise
An exercise class is held on Mondays and Fridays, 8 to 9 am in
Abravanel Hall. Attendees bring a floor mat and light hand weights
for this moderate head-to-toe workout. June Cooper has led this
class for many years and does a wonderful job! Come join us! It
is free.
