For October, I would like to discuss correspondence. Over the course
of the next couple months as we bring the community up to date in
compliance, it is important that we understand the proper protocol
for correspondence. Any requests/concerns regarding common area
must be submitted by a Facility Service Request form. All complaints/
concerns and suggestions regarding compliance will be submitted
on a Resident Request form. It is of great value for staff as well as
residents to document all concerns or suggestions to ensure they are
addressed in a timely manner and the individual making the report
receives a response/update. Any anonymous reports submitted may
not have any action taken if additional information is required. Staff
will not disclose the personal information of the reporting party on
compliance matters. If you do not have access to these forms please
