Happy Holidays! Thanksgiving (and Black Friday) are now behind
us and holiday parties galore are coming up here, both at the facilities
and in your homes. With the additional traffic, please make sure to
adhere to the 30 mph speed limit on Four Seasons Circle as well as
stop at the stop signs. If you are having friends or family over and
their last visit was some time ago you might want to let them know of
the changed traffic pattern and to go to Potrero Gate House. We have
been working with Google to update the online mapping programs
to steer people away from Crooked Creek, but that is still a work in
progress.
Several years ago, Euclid Management Company merged with
FirstService Residential. The onsite staff did not change with
this transition and the corporate office did not either at that time.
However, the transition has entered the final phases which is why
account numbers recently changed. While we do our best to inform
homeowners of these changes, please sign up for the Daily Report so
that we can keep that communication coming to you regarding this
and other helpful items of information. This is especially true with a
new 2020 Budget being sent out and any changes the Board approves
