During the next couple of weeks, I know we will all be busy attending parties and group/club gatherings. It is the time of year we entertain our guests and hop from one event to the next. I want to remind everyone about the importance of having your ID Badge when using the facility as well as signing in all guests. Please review the quoted rules listed below, per the Rules and Regulations: "4.1.2 One Residence/One Membership – There is only one membership for each residence owned. While all Owners, or Co- Owners, have authorized facility use privileges, resident membership cards will only be issued for each qualifying resident and qualified permanent resident. (CC&Rs §1.1.69 and §1.1.70)" "4.1.6 Facility Access - All Members must present their current resident membership card to use Association facilities and must not give access to the facility to anyone other than themselves and their guests." "4.3 Guests: Guests may be sponsored by a Member, subject to restrictions for health and safety. Guest use of facilities is limited to a maximum of four guests per residence and guests must remain in the company of the host Member at all times." If in the case a homeowner loses their ID Badge a new one may be purchased at the front desk with Jenevieve for $25. We will be monitoring homeowners who frequent the Clubhouse without their ID Badges. This will ensure that only register residents are accessing our beautiful facility.
