52 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | FEBRUARY 2020
Winter is a challenging time for
court sports. We have had to play
around ice and sweep leaves and
sticks often. The cold wind blows
right through your body. But we still
show up to play. We did however find
time for some fun and frolic. On Dec.
20 we had our annual holiday party.
We played games sang a pickleball
12 days of Christmas song, had a
delicious buffet provided by our own
Kopper Kettle, and rocked out to the
tunes played by our own pickleball
player and DJ Tracy Crow. It was a
lively time. We had an ugly sweater
contest and the Howards dressed as
elves to become our greeters at the
door. We also passed out new rosters.
If you did not get one, please see Irma
or Nancy. We now have 115 members
on our roster. We had more than 100
at our party. This sport is growing
very quickly at Four Seasons.
