FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | FEBRUARY 2020 45 Our first meeting of 2020 was on Jan. 3, which marked our seventh year of "Believe…" Bible Study. During the past six years we have had many lessons focused on the teachings of the Bible. We have followed the steps Jesus took, we have studied what makes a woman "Godly," and we have studied in depth the epistles of Paul the Apostle. I feel we have all grown in our Christian walk. We began our 2020 lessons with six weeks on the subject of God's grace. Mid-February, we will be discussing peace — real peace — that only God provides, by and through His grace. After we complete the series on peace, we will study end times, as explained in the Book of Daniel. Our new theme this year is "Reach Up, Reach In, Reach Out." Details regarding this theme was given to the ladies at our first meeting this year. Our goal this year is to strengthen our walk with the Lord — wherever we are in that walk — whether new or mature believers, or something in between. As a result of our theme and goal, we hope our prayer life strengthens, and our faith grows exponentially as we draw closer to Him. Ladies, if you have been looking to join a wonderful group of Godly women, come by the Game Room any Tuesday at 10:30 am. This is a non-denominational study, and all versions of the Bible are welcomed. He said, "Generations come and generations go, but the earth remains forever. The sun rises and the sun sets, and hurries back to where it rises. The wind blows to the south and turns to the north; round and round it goes, ever returning on its course. What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun." We are hopeful for brighter days ahead in 2020, we will continue to be optimistic and pray for our country, cities, homes, families, community, and friends.
