4 SOLERA DIAMOND VALLEY | FEBRUARY 2020 PROPERTY SERVICES REPORT PROPERTY SERVICES REPORT By Jenevieve Banuelos, Property Services Manager Words can't express how excited and blessed I feel to have been given the opportunity to move up within Solera Diamond Valley! Please bear with me while I get up to speed. I look forward to working with all of you in a different capacity. Now on to business! In addition to the routine compliance inspections, we will be focusing on sun faded items, such as address numbers and exterior paint this month. Please be sure to do a thorough exterior inspection of your property to ensure you are in compliance. If at any point you receive a Code Compliance notice from me, please call me or stop by to discuss the matter. If there are extenuating circumstances that are preventing you from completing the requested maintenance on your home, I may be able to give you a little extra time before escalating the matter. However, if you don't contact me and the violation continues I'll have no choice but to move forward with the enforcement process. Communication is crucial throughout this process if you want to avoid getting called in to a hearing before the Board and potentially fined. I'm here for you, let's work together! Lastly, I want to remind you of the DRC Meeting schedule and cut off for Home Improvement Application submittals. The DRC typically meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday each month. The cut off for application submittals is the Friday before the scheduled meeting. Please be mindful of these timelines when planning your home improvement projects.
