Hey everybody… we are singing again! What a joy it is to get
together with old friends and new friends to sing and have lots of
fun! Our upcoming concert is going to be a fun concert (aren't they
all?) We have chosen "Beatles vs. Bacharach" for this concert. You will
recognize most (if not all) of the songs and will be singing along with
us! The songs chosen are those that make us "move" a little and well,
we just really like singing and moving!
Our roster is around 60 members now and we love practicing
these familiar numbers… well most of the numbers are familiar,
but the renditions are sometimes a little bit tricky and challenging!
It is all about fun. We love to sing songs and we cannot wait to share
them with you. As always, we have some surprises with solos, duets,
quartets, octets and who knows what or who else you might see on
stage!
It is not surprising that the Choral Society members are walking
around with feelings of pleasure, euphoria and contentment. Their
endorphins, oxytocin and serotonin have been released after the first
practice! How you might ask….by singing with a group!
So that is all I am going to say at this time because I do not want
to miss my release of the endorphins, oxytocin and serotonin! It is
just too much fun!
We welcome all of those who would like to support the chorus by
becoming patrons. We rely upon dues and donations to purchase and
copy music as well as costumes.
