Happy Campers RV Club
I hope you are all well in this strange new world we find ourselves
in.
Our Catalina Spa trip to Desert Hot Springs was cancelled due to
the coronavirus and "social distancing" order from the CDC. We are
all hopeful that, when things return to normal, we will be able to
reschedule this trip.
The Happy Campers RV Club trip to Pismo Beach in September
is still a "go" at this time. It's a great time of the year to visit the
beaches and restaurants in town. "Jeepers" can also ride the dunes
which makes for an interesting and fun day. If you are interested
in participating in this trip, Linda Wetter is the Wagonmaster and is
collecting the down payment.
I thought we could keep our spirits up by posting some pictures
of the Happy Campers Club folks as they are following the CDC
orders of "social distancing." And so with that in mind, we asked our
members to take a picture of how they are complying… here's a few:
We are always considering other local trips for a quick getaway,
but for now the Pala RV Park is on hold, and as are others during
this time.
Four Seasons Happy Campers RV Club usually meets the first
Saturday of the month in the Multipurpose Room at 10 am. However
until further notice, we have had to cancel future meetings for now.
We encourage donations of canned food: beans, soups or fruit,
cereal and pasta (no expired dates please) for the Hemet Food Pantry.
