Our Mission: The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Program is designed to
increase individual and community preparedness and self-reliance in the event of man-made or
natural disasters. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has officially recognized
CERT as an important part of a community's disaster preparedness readiness.
Four Seasons CERT continues to need your participation. Become a Street Captain or CERT
Auxiliary. Step up. Be a part of the best CERT in the valley, come make a difference. For more

Emergency preparedness committee
Facilities Committee
It seems we are heading towards getting back to normal living
and hoping it stays that way. Our committee met for the first time
via Zoom on June 3. We will have our first face-to-face meeting
(using all safety measures) on June 17.
Every month, two committee members inspect community assets
and submit a report at our next meeting and it is at this meeting that
we determine a course of action.
In July, Four Seasons Blvd and World Cup streets will be
resurfaced, restriped, painted speed limits, stop sign limit lines and
replace old and missing blue fire hydrant indicators.
Barbecue area resurfacing is still pending. However, it should be
completed by July's Herald.
Pending projects for the future are Conference Room upgrade,
dance floor replacement/expansion, bocce, and shuffleboard
structures repair and/or replacement and front fountains upgrade.
All comments and/or suggestions are welcome as are visitors at

Lastly, you may have seen in a recent Four Seasons email blast
that volunteers are needed on several committees, one of which is
Facilities. Think about joining; it's fun and rewarding. Obtain the
volunteer form at the front desk.
