| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | August 2020 | 3 General Manager's Message By Rick Ruth, CMCA Now that summer is in full swing and we have triple digit temps, residents are taking advantage of the early morning and late afternoons to walk and to exercise their dogs. As a reminder: do NOT allow them to relieve themselves on any resident's yards. I'm not talking about the main streets (Four Seasons, World Cup, etc.), I'm referring to the front and side yards of your neighbors' homes. This rule is stated in the current Rules and Regulations on page 10, Section 5.4 (first bullet). Please pick up your pet's droppings and place it in your trash container. Rats, Rodents, etc.: If you are leaving food out for your pets it can attract rodents, wild animals (possums, raccoons, etc.) and rats. Also, please keep an eye out if you have bird feeders. Some resident's yards are getting infested with rodents when they didn't have issues in prior years. If you are leaving your pets outside, please make sure they have enough water and place enough food for them to eat at one sitting. Do not leave food out overnight — that's when the critters are out. Excess bird seed also attracts animals so please keep the area under your bird feeders swept up. Staff Anniversaries: I'm very happy to announce several anniversaries this month. Maria Donti is celebrating four years with our company serving as the Architectural Administrator. She plays a vital role in supporting the ARC's review and enforcement process. The community has benefited by her work ethic and knowledge. Tracie Long, part of our front desk staff, is celebrating five years of service to the community and we are grateful to have her serving the residents. Both of these ladies are excellent examples of our company's core values. Thank you Maria and Tracie! I am also happy and grateful to be celebrating my 21st year of managing homeowner associations. The key to my survival in the HOA management business is being blessed to be a part of one of the best management companies in the U.S. I receive continuous training and education and am supported by a great upper management team and am fortunate enough to be of service to a lot of terrific residents. I'm also blessed to work alongside a great management staff, dedicated committee members, and have the benefit of continued support from the Board of Directors throughout my 12+ years at Four Seasons Hemet. Without your support and encouragement, this community would not be what it is today. Happy August — remember to wear your masks, practice social distancing, and keep being a good neighbor!
