The Ocean Hills Anglers and guests have gone out on two fishing trips this summer,
July, and August both 1 ½ day trips. OH Anglers and guests caught limits of Bluefin Tuna
and several Yellowfin Tuna. Last month, we had a one day/overnight trip on the Voyager.
This trip went out with a full load of 16 anglers. The club's last fishing trip of the year is
planned for Oct. 15 and16 another one day/overnight trip. It is possible there may be a
few openings on this trip. Should anyone be interested please contact Ron Carso at ron.
carso@cox.net. Trip cost is $257 OHA members and $262 for guests. This price includes
three meals and the tip.
In a typical year, the Ocean Hills Anglers has two social events: summer lanai party /
fish fry and its annual end of year club dinner held at a local restaurant. Hopefully, next
year things will get back to normal.
If you are not sure about joining our club, as a resident you may join club members on
any trip as a guest, providing there is space available.
