Access Control
Committee
For months/years actually, the Access
Control Committee has been working on
speeding concerns and addressing "traffic
calming" measures. You may have noticed
the new designated crosswalks at World Cup
and Four Seasons as well as the four-way stop
sign at Bethpage that were installed on Oct.
5. These intersection improvements focus
on resident/pedestrian safety and is working
out as planned with a reduction in the overall
speed of vehicles traveling on Four Seasons
Blvd.
Traffic data has been collected and
the committee is reviewing the data and
comparing it with the data from 2015. The
committee will be reporting to the Board their
findings for discussion.
Reminder: residents wishing to participate
in committee meetings or have concerns,
please notify the Lodge attendant, so that
appropriate accommodations (ie. room
availability) is taken into consideration.
The ACC meets on the second Wednesday
of the month at 9 am. However, due to CDC
guidelines, meeting and/or meeting locations
may change.
The Architectural Review Committee will resume the
requirement of Exhibit B, Neighbor Advisory page, as of Oct.
5, 2020. When meeting with your neighbors please observe all
current safety protocols, including wearing a face mask and
keeping six feet apart.
The Exhibit B form is available at the Lodge. Just a reminder
that external alterations that can be viewed from neighboring
properties and HOA common areas are subject to approval by
the ARC, including all painting, even if you are painting the same
color. If you are in doubt that your alterations need approval,
please refer to the Architectural Standards and Regulations, or
call the Association office at (951) 325-8188, and speak with
Maria Donti. We hope you all are staying safe and healthy.
