In addition, the management staff resume their regular onsite hours, seven days a week from 6 am to 8 pm. The facilities were sanitized by a third-party service and will continue to be cleaned and sanitized regularly throughout the day by staff. Please note that it is everyone's responsibility to protect the health of others and to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Do not use the community facilities if you or anyone in your household has a fever or any other symptoms associated with COVID-19. Also, refrain from coming to the community facilities if you have been around someone who has tested positive until you have passed the 14-day incubation time frame. Notify our office if you or a household member test positive for COVID-19 and have used the common area facilities. The Fitness Center opened at the end of September. State guidelines allow only for 10 percent occupancy so there will be a maximum of two residents in the facility per 45-minute session. The Updated Temporary Fitness Center Rules are as follows: When entering the Clubhouse, each resident will be required to have their temperature checked and confirm they are symptom free. On TownSq - Reservations must be made 8-hours in advance 2. By Phone - Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4 pm. 3. After Hours Message - Reservation will be considered in the order they are received. You will receive a return call and confirmation within four hours of the next business day. A phone message does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
