"The real voyage of discovery consists, not in seeking new
landscapes, but in having new eyes." ~ Marcel Proust
As our lifestyle change of restrictions marches on, developing
renewed eyesight helps us to focus on having Serenity to accept
the things we cannot change, Courage to change the things we
can, and Wisdom to know the difference. For the moment, we
may not be able to change our circumstances, but we can change
the way in which we view them.
Closing the door on 2020 opens a new window for 2021, ripe
with Promise for better days. As we wait for "This too shall
pass," planting a bit of extra Patience this season, coupled with
Kindness, (including the online customer service rep, or tech
support, who seem not to be listening…) keeps us grounded
and aware that we are all in this together. (Even Tech Support
people are human.)
As Mary Engelbreit would say, "Happiness must be grown in
one's own garden." And when watered fervently, we cannot help
but smile at all the tiny off-shoots of goodness that will surround
us. Our Late Bloomers Family wishes everyone continued
blessings, happy plantings, and blue sky wishes come true.
