If one of your resolutions for the new year is to get more exercise, this is a reminder that the Aerobics Club instructor offers Zoom classes on Monday and Wednesday from 10 am to 11 am. Each class includes a warm up, cardio, weights, and a cool down. The cost of each class is $5. The board of directors for 2021 includes: Margie Raisigel, President (sungee@pacbell.net) Amy Blount, Vice President Mickie Marrone, Secretary Lynn Opelka, Treasurer As a reminder, the club dues that was paid in 2020 will be carried over for 2021 for current members. Aerobics Welcome to the winter season and please remember to exercise a few times each week so you can stay healthy and feel your best during this very difficult pandemic. The New Year 2021 is finally here. If you want to continue with the chair yoga exercises with our OHCC instructors use YouTube videos. Since we cannot meet in person during this time in the OHCC Clubhouse due to the COVID-19 virus, here are two suggestions for you to exercise at your home with our very own Ocean Hills Senior Fitness instructors Cheryl Todd and Tatis Cervantes-Aiken. It is free and all you need is a sturdy folding chair. These Chair Yoga exercises each last approximately 1 hour. When the clubhouse opens we'll meet again. Instructions: Go to the URL line on your computer. Type in YOUTUBE.COM/HARMONYGROVEYOGA and you will get a video with Cheryl Todd teaching the Chair yoga class. Just follow her example using a sturdy chair. She has a brand new video from October 2020. Try it and see what you think. It is really an easy one to do. Go to the URL line on your computer. Type in TATISCERVANTES and you will see her Lively Chair Yoga Class with Tatis Cervantes- Aiken. Sit in your sturdy chair and start the chair yoga exercise. It is as easy as that.
