Do you miss dancing at our monthly events? Why not learn a
new line dance or practice one you already know? You can find
instructions on YouTube or practice a new dance with your partner
such as the waltz, salsa or two-step all of which can also be found on-
line. Dancing is good physical exercise and keeps your brain sharp by
remembering the sequence of dance steps while having fun! With a
new dance under your belt you will be ready to shine when we resume
having our monthly dinners and dances.
Don't forget to tell that special someone how much you love them
on Valentine's Day.
The Pink
Ukuladies
& Gents
The Pink Ukuladies & Gents look forward to a possible leader in the
near future. Many of our Pink Ukuladies & Gents continue practicing
on Zoom with the Yucaipa Yukes as well as Barry Thompson's Loma
Linda Strummers. The Loma Linda Strummers actively work on
transposition of keys, as well as new strumming techniques.
The group extends best wishes to all Sun Lakes residents during
this difficult pandemic period. This dark period will pass and folks
will be physically together again. Kudos are given to so many here
in our community who have helped those that are housebound,
provided masks, and general support and encouragement. Thank
you!
