As you know, California's Stay-at-Home order was rescinded, and
Riverside County has reverted to the purple tier. This will allow HOA
business meetings, such as board and committee meetings of 10 or
fewer, to occur in person. The open meetings will still be streamed
through Zoom and Facebook live.
The South Clubhouse pool reopened Feb. 1. You will need to reserve
a time through the Recreation Department to use the pool. For more
information regarding amenities, please visit the Sun Lakes website
at sunlakescc.com, and look under the "Open & Closures" list.
Election season is upon us at Sun Lakes. There will be a virtual
"Meet the Candidates" forum in March. Please visit our website
or Good Day Sun Lakes for more information. As a reminder, the
Annual Election is Wed., April 14.
As I have discussed at open session meetings, we are working to
bring back "Coffee with the GM" through Zoom. I will be working
with the Communications Committee to make this happen. These
meetings will focus on updating the community on projects and
HOA business.
Finally, every month I will bring a "Helpful Hint" or "Did you
know?" tidbit to my letter. This month I have a "Did you know?"
Did you know that you can sign up for eStatements? By signing
up, you eliminate the paper billings and instead have your monthly
assessment bill delivered to you through email. If you are interested
