DID YOU KNOW that you can learn more about local trees and plants by attending a virtual workshop with Park West, our community's landscapers? Representatives will be discussing what plants work best in our environment, the recommended plant list, and answering other questions you may have on April 20 at 2 pm. The meeting will be via Zoom so look to the Daily Report for invitation login information. DID YOU KNOW there is always an ongoing need for volunteers at various nearby charitable organizations? If you're interested in volunteering, here are just a couple. There is H.E.L.P. in Banning which offers a food pantry and thrift shop. Carol's Kitchen, which feeds the hungry, needs volunteers to cook or serve in their kitchens and distribute clothes and groceries. If you have lost a loved one and would like to let others know, you can have the information placed in this column in the Breeze. Guidelines are: Your loved one must have lived in Four Seasons Beaumont. Immediate family only may place the notice. No photos can be printed. Limit the remembrance to 400 words and send it to fourseasonsnews@yahoo.com. Be sure to include your contact information in case we need to reach you. (Contact information will not be published.) Farewell to Four Seasons Friends CLUB & GROUP MEETING OVERVIEW DID YOU KNOW that this year Arbor Day falls on April 30? Originally founded in Nebraska in the 1800s by pioneer J. Sterling Morton, the most common date for states to observe Arbor Day is the last Friday in April. It's a way to promote the importance of indigenous trees and the role they play in our lives and environment. And, it gives us a perfect opportunity to go hug a tree!
