NEW FITNESS CLASS
Tuesdays 9:30 to 10:30 am. Come and meet Trevor
Stokes, our friendly neighborhood licensed occupational
therapist. Trevor is currently the Director of Rehabilitation
at Renaissance Village and has offered Colony residents a
Balance and Strengthening class once a week at no charge!
You will need a small bouncy ball and an exercise band. You
can find these items at Target, Walmart or Five Below.

DEMENTIA & ALZHEIMER'S
SUPPORT GROUP
Thursday, July 8, 10 am. We're back in the Clubhouse,
so please come join us! Presented by Kristi Necochea, this
group is designed to help educate and support those who are
caring for a loved one with a dementia diagnosis. We meet
the second Thursday of each month. Please contact Kara
Hardy regarding the meeting place.
