Event Systems
The Ravelers concert last month was very well received and,
rest assured, they will be back!
While many of you were not able to attend due to prior
commitments, those who did see them can attest to the talent
these men exhibited. From the harmonies of the Crosby, Stills
and Nash songs to the swinging sounds of the Motown beat,
these guys were top shelf all the way.
And the real bonus was that the audience got a great overview
of what the ESC has been doing for the past several years.
The band played all of their selections with acoustic guitars
and drums and the only equipment they brought was their
instruments and their own personal microphones. Everything
else, the speakers, stage, monitors and lighting all belongs to the
community and was purchased by the ESC with the generous
funding of the residents. The sound was great anywhere you
sat in the room! Please keep an eye out for future concerts by
this band. You won't want to miss them!
No concert is complete without "the boys in the back." Roland
Harrah and Phil Harris did a terrific job of keeping the sound
and lighting just right and they deserve kudos all around. If

Earlier that day, many of the residents took part in the
Outdoor Living Home and Garden Tour. These home tours
have become a staple in the community and everybody had a
wonderful time.
There were five beautifully landscaped back yards on display
and two of the residents opened their homes for the tour as well.
People exchanged landscaping ideas as well as plant problems
and successes.
We are starting to think about our Holiday Home Tour
which will take place the beginning of December, so if you
are interested in participating in that tour or the Garden Tour
