We normally have two sessions on Tuesdays: 11 am to 1 pm and 1
to 3 pm. Verina Rector has now taken the reins for the 11 am session,
and is trying hard to rebuild that session with those who have been
traveling and spending time with grandchildren. We should have
reopened the 11 am session by the time you read this.
Since we have a blank perpetual plaque for 2021 BFFG tournaments,
we had our first of four scheduled 2021 tournaments on Aug. 31. We
had a great turn-out, and everyone seemed to enjoy the competition.
The group had voted to have a singles competition (rather than
teams), and the winners were: first place, Paul Snyder and second
place, Pete Lavario. Congratulations to these amazing competitors!
They had consistent wins, and showed their skills with amazing
shots! (Please see photos below of the two smiling winners.)
If you are interested in joining a group of really fun billiards
players, please come join us on Tuesdays at either the 11 am to 1 pm
session or the 1 to 3 pm session, get to know some really find people,

Wild Bunch Billiards
We are completely open and excited that we are back "live" in
the Billiards Room. Thank you for adhering to the guidelines and
making the Billiards Room a safe and healthy environment while we
were getting back to near normalcy.
The "Wild Bunch" consists of some of the best players in the league:
Joe Spinella, Bob Rector, Mike Corbett, Carlos Rivera, LeRoy Wright,
Rick Steckler, Scott Frymire, Dave Martin, and Gracy Luna.
If you want to play serious, competitive pool, we invite you to come
by the Billiards Room Fridays from 12:30 to 3:30 pm and join in the
stimulation of competitive play. We invite Sun Lakes and Solera to
join us, and they bring their best game for some exciting competition.
