| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | OCTOBER 2021 | 3 General Manager's Message By Rick Ruth, CMCA Part of the management staff 's duties is inspecting common areas and performing routine compliance inspections of residents' front yards and rear yards visible from the common area. During these tours, we see many things and, over the last few months, have noticed that even though we are still in a heat wave, residents are doing a good job maintaining their front yards. If you've had a new neighbor move in recently, please go over and introduce yourself. You might find you have some things in common. If you are the new neighbor, you can do the same! You are all neighbors in one of the best communities around. If you are thinking of making any improvements to your yards, regardless of the scope of work, please contact Maria Donti during business hours. She can let you know if your improvements will need architectural approval. A few minutes spent might save you money and grief. A reminder to bicyclists: Please do not ride on the Legends paseos or the sidewalks! This is unsafe for both you and the walkers who cannot always hear you coming up behind them. The paseos and sidewalks are intended for walking, not cycling. If you do have to use the sidewalk to access the street and there are persons in your path, please use caution. Another important topic we want to stress is to please make sure your emergency contact information that we have on file is up to date. We continue to have incidents where residents passed away and there was no current emergency contact information on file. Live in Harmony: (R & Reg's Section 1.9 pg. 7) Each day, all of our on-site staff makes every effort to be genuinely helpful and respectful in dealing with residents' issues and concerns, and do their best to "not take it personally" when exchanges with our staff become heated. Unfortunately, these occurrences are becoming more frequent and I suspect it might be due to the social climate we live in. Regardless of the reason, know that we are always here to listen, discuss your complaint, and find out the best way to resolve your issue or concern. Please allow us that opportunity. Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, support, and for being good neighbors. Happy Halloween!
