by Associa/PCM. For presentation and discussion purposes, the Treasurer's Report is rounded to the nearest $000.
Note: The Unaudited Interim Financial Statements prepared by Associa/PCM and reviewed by the Colony Board of Directors
and Finance Advisory Committee are available in the Administration Office.
Delinquencies: There were 78 delinquent accounts for a total of $65,000. This total represents unpaid assessments and fines
owed to the Association. The Board addresses these accounts in Executive Session.
