Aerobics classes are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 to 11 am in Abravanel Hall. You can choose the number of classes each week that you would like to attend. There is no class available on the second Wednesday of each month. The instructor leads the class in a warm-up session, then the aerobics session, and a cool down. Light weights are used during the last 10 minutes. The cost of each class is $5. You can pay for and try two classes without joining the club. The annual dues are $6 (Please make the check payable the OH Aerobics). Aerobics Bocce Club Fall is here and more time for playing bocce without the heat and monsoon weather we endured this summer. Check out the bulletin board by the Bocce Courts for details on club activities including tournaments, pot lucks and perhaps one more BBQ in October. Wednesday afternoon drop-in play continues through the end of the year. Play starts at 3 pm followed by happy hour with friends where you're welcome to bring food and your favorite beverage. Total bocce counts for August were 226, down from the record 285 in July. The top three men last month were John Abdelaziz, Tom Silva and Michael Simons with Mary Yotter, Joan Comito and Dea Abdelaziz taking the top three spots for the ladies.
