BON APPETIT CLUB
Greetings from the Bon Appetit Board.
Bon Appetit Cooking Club is a social club for the
residents of Solera. We currently have 90 members.
Our meetings are the first Friday of every month at
1 pm. The meetings last between one and a half to two
hours. Refreshments are served at each meeting. If you are
interested in joining please call Louise Sesto. Membership is $25 per
year per person. Our year starts Feb. 1, 2022 (we are dark in January).
If you are interested in coming as a one time guest to see what we
do, you can also call Louise Sesto and she will put you on the guest
list.
Our October meeting was a success. We had a guest
chef, Noel Barragan, demonstrate how to make his
cranberry walnut bread (photo top left). He also
provided samples for us.
We have raffles every meeting. The proceeds from the
raffle go to Carol's Kitchen and Winter Wish.
Our Nov. 5 meeting is the annual meeting of the members as well
as a potluck of appetizers, salads and desserts.
