MISS Q'S BILLIARDS aka Ladies Billiards The Miss Q's is now an official group! So, let's rack'em and break'em on the organized play days of Mondays, 10 am to 12 pm and Thursdays 1 to 3 pm. The end of October saw the group starting to play games of 9-Ball and 8-Ball in both singles and doubles. As a reminder, anyone can come to the Clubhouse and practice during the non-organized times for both of the billiards groups. Everything you need to start playing pool is at our wonderful clubhouse. Come give it a try… you just might enjoy it. On behalf of the Miss Q's, I'd like to thank the men from Solera Billiard group who have been kind enough to stop by and help us with learning the game of pool. It does take time, patience, and practice, but boy it sure is fun when you make your shot! We currently have 11 players and if you are interested in the game, stop by and check it out! This will be a lunch/dance party from 10 am to 2 pm in lieu of our regularly scheduled Friday class. All dancers are welcome to attend. NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO CLASS ON FRI., NOV. 26 DUE TO THE THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY. WINTER BREAK - The last regularly scheduled class of the year will be Fri., Dec. 17. The Clubhouse will be closed the first two weeks of January for the annual deep cleaning. Our WINTER BREAK begins Mon., Dec. 20 and classes will resume Mon., Jan. 17, 2022, when the Clubhouse reopens. It's a group of folks enjoying the fastest growing outdoor game for seniors – PICKLEBALL! Pickleball is a mix of ping pong, tennis and badminton. We encourage you to come by and observe us having fun. It's great exercise and easy to play. We gladly welcome new players – no matter what your skill level. We would be happy to introduce you to the game. You will soon be hooked.
