The Sun Lakes Playhouse would
like to wish everyone a Merry
Holiday Season and Happy New
Year.
We are going dark in December,
but will be back in January and
ready to dive into all our fun activities. We have a new Board made up
of the following: President, Barbara Searcy; Vice President, Harriet
Briant; Secretary, Rose Hermanson; Treasurer, Michele Clark. Our
event coordinators will be Kate and Richard Johnson. We thank our
previous Board for everything they accomplished this past year and
welcome the new officers.
Our first activity will be "That's Entertainment" which will be
performed the last weekend in February. Everyone who is involved
will be rehearsing in December, January, and February.
If you have any questions or would like to get involved, contact Ken
Clark at clark.banker@verizon.net. We still have many jobs that need
to be filled.
In January, we will need to pay our yearly dues. They are $10 for
an individual, and $15 per couple. Please bring your checks to our
first meeting or mail them to Michele Clark, 5272 Breckenridge Ave,
Banning, CA 92220.
Our meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month in the
Main Clubhouse Ballroom at 1 pm. Come check us out. Join us on

The Friendship Club is preparing for a great year! Look for our first show, "Music of Simon & Garfunkel," starring Nashville based duo
AJ Swearingen and Jayne Kelli, on Sun., Jan. 9 in the Main Clubhouse Ballroom. This show will kick off a two-month membership drive. It
will be open seating, and open to all Sun Lakes residents!
Tickets for each show will be $20 for members, $25 for guests, and annual membership is still $25. Contact new membership chairman
