Remember, if you play golf often, sign up for one of the 2022 annual membership golf rate options. Main Course annual membership includes play on the Executive Course at no additional charge. Our scheduled December golf tournaments will be the Jack Dutton Tournament of Champions (Individual Stroke) on Wed., Dec. 1, along with the Sun Lakes Safari Modified Version #2 (ABCD) on Wed., Dec. 8. At our Quarterly Meeting on Nov. 3, the membership in attendance was asked to approve a slate of candidates for the Men's Club Board for next fiscal year. The candidates approved by the membership were George Moyer, Jim Smith, Jeff Ranieri, John Jones, along with Tom Gardner who was not present for the picture. Appreciation for their years of service goes out to Board members who are not returning: Bill Nevins, Rich Nichols, Ken Johnson, and Jon Litty. All memberships are required to be renewed on Jan. 1, 2022. The membership dues are $76 ($40 is for Men's Club dues and $36 to maintain a GHIN handicap). To be included in the 2022 Men's Golf Club Directory, we must receive your application by Dec. 15. New Men's Club members may sign up now for activation on Dec. 1. Men's Golf The Executive Men's Golf Club is open to all male Sun Lakes residents who are interested in golf, fun, and camaraderie. All levels of players (beginners to experienced) are welcome. We meet Friday mornings at the North Clubhouse for shotgun starts. From October through May we meet at 8:30 for a 9 am tee time and June through September we meet at 8 for an 8:30 am tee time. Come join us! Dues are $56 ($20 for club membership and $36 for your SCGA membership). Membership forms are available in the North Clubhouse Pro Shop or on the EMGC website. We have tournaments on the third Friday of each month to test your skills against other members followed by a catered lunch and club meeting.
